Ljubiša Radišić is an EHS consultant at the Dubajic Law Firm.
Ljubiša obtained his Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering and Master Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Belgrade.
He started his career as an EHS engineer at Grundfos Serbia, where he exclusively worked with legislation in the field of occupational safety and health, environmental protection, chemicals and waste. At that time, Grundfos Serbia received a charter “28. April” for the safest company in Serbia. He was one of the founders and is still a member of the “Best Practice Health and Safety Club”, together with his colleagues from the prestigious Serbian companies Fiat, Coca-Cola, NIS and Tarkett, the project which was supported by the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Republic of Serbia.
Ljubiša was promoted to the Senior Chemical Expert in the Grundfos Group based in Denmark, and afterwards he moved to his current position as Senior Environmental Expert. At the Grundfos Group, Ljubisa is committed to global improvement and project management worldwide in the areas of occupational safety and health, as well as environment, such as global chemicals management system, circular economy foundation, wastewater treatment, standards and global procedures, risk assessment tools and many others. He collaborated with over 40 domestic and international companies.
He became an auditor for examining the development of a company’s tool sets. Ljubiša is also a chief auditor and expert for energy & water saving projects, and implementation of renewable energy sources. Today, he is implementing systems in China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, India, Russia, the USA, as well as in most European countries. He provides a significant contribution to the Dubajic Law Firm in working with companies within his areas of expertise.
Beside his diverse managing positions, he attended various workshops in the field of presentational skills, multi-cultural understanding and the basics of management in the industry. He holds certificates and recognitions, one of which is “Andrew Sharman” certificate on safety in business. He currently attends certified program for the project management.
Ljubisa speaks Serbian (native) and he is fully fluent in English.
